CODX Systems Tech provides IT, branding, software development, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, milestones, and deliverables for client projects will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal.
Upon full payment for any commissioned work, the intellectual property rights for the final deliverables (e.g., custom website code, logos, branding assets) are transferred to the client. CODX Systems Tech retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Project success depends on timely communication. We provide a set number of revisions per phase as outlined in your specific package or proposal. Significant delays in client feedback may result in timeline extensions.
In no event shall CODX Systems Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
